Shyam Mantha, Co-Founder

Shyam has a diverse and rich corporate experience of over 10 years in the Human Resources Management and International Business Development function in India, USA, UK, Europe and APAC regions. He has traveled widely across width and breadth of USA and worked extensively with SMEs in the US market for over 5 yrs.

He has worked in various functional roles such as Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Relations, as a HR Generalist, and Learning and Development. As a Business Development manager, he has closely interacted with clients in international markets. Over the last couple of years, he has facilitated several workshops for Individuals and Corporate entities in varied industry sectors such as IT / ITES, Financial Services, Retail, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, FMCG and Animation. He has facilitated workshops in the areas of Leadership coaching for young business leaders, Team Building and Development, Business Etiquette, Personality Development, Customer Service Training, and 'Campus to Corporate' orientation programs for new recruits.

Rajiv Fernando, Co-Founder

Rajiv specializes in the development of educational material and in the delivery of learning and
development programs. He is passionate about making learning more application-oriented and engaging for students and working professionals.

Prior to co-founding ATraC, Rajiv was a faculty member at the ICFAI Center for Management Research, an affiliate of the ICFAI University. He led a team of research associates and faculty associates and was actively involved in the development of case studies, text books, study guides and e-learning modules for business management students. He is the visiting faculty for the "Customer Relationship Management" course for the Agri-warehousing and Supply Chain Management Program offered by the  National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad.

He is also a certified instructional designer, having successfully completed the course in "Instructional Design" from the Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning, Pune.
