In today’s dynamic and competitive environment, students cannot rely only on ‘facts’ and ‘knowledge’ to get a job and achieve success in their chosen career. Students need to go beyond the absorption of facts and theories and develop the ability to actively construct meaning by being aware of how their knowledge is applied in the corporate environment. In addition to the technical knowledge imparted to students at their college/school, they also need to equip themselves with the managerial and leadership skills that are crucial for a successful and fulfilling career.
ATraC uses a combination of assessment tests and experiential learning programs to prepare students for the corporate world and ensure that they not only get the job of their choice, but also become high achievers in the future.
Our main programs are:
EMP Advantage Program – A short term ‘EMPloyability’ training program that equips students with practical tools and techniques to build the skills and abilities desired by blue chip employers. Includes psychometric assessments, mock interviews, personal counseling, etc.
Friend, Guide, and Mentor Program – A long term employability / life skills development program where in our expert trainers and counselors work with the students and faculty on a regular basis. This program ensures that each student gets adequate personal attention and guidance on how to improve his/her skills and abilities.
We also conduct Faculty Development Programs (Case Study development workshops, Creativity in the Classroom, Teaching Tools and Techniques, etc.)
